Commercial

Clear scope. Coordinated work. Visible progress.

Commercial and multifamily construction depends on more than the finished surface. Access, material readiness, trade coordination and clear scope all affect how a project moves forward. MBrickz brings hands-on masonry, siding and exterior experience to work with owners, property managers and general contractors. The photographs show real project work, including multifamily exterior installations, so you can see the materials and details behind our service.

How we handle commercial projects

01 / Review the project package
We start with the property type, project location, drawings, specifications and requested scope. Let us know whether you need a complete defined package, a specific trade scope or improvements to an occupied property.

02 / Clarify quantities & responsibilities
We review the areas included, material responsibilities, access and relevant interfaces with other trades. Inclusions, exclusions and assumptions are made clear so the proposal can be compared against the project requirements.

03 / Coordinate readiness & materials
A workable sequence depends on approved selections, materials, access and preceding work. We discuss lead times, delivery areas, staging and what must be ready before each phase can progress.

04 / Plan field execution
Work is organized by areas, elevations or phases appropriate to the project. Site rules, operating hours, tenant access and protection requirements are considered. Changes to access or readiness are communicated as they affect the plan.

05 / Track progress & resolve details
Field observations and open questions are raised with the project contact. Connections, openings, flashing and transitions are coordinated with the applicable scope. Progress photos and clear communication support timely decisions.

06 / Document changes
Additional work or changed conditions are identified for review before proceeding. Scope, pricing or agreed time-and-material arrangements are documented so expectations remain clear as the project evolves.

07 / Close out the scope
We review punch-list items, cleanup and the agreed closeout requirements. A final walkthrough confirms the completed areas and remaining responsibilities, helping the project team move into the next phase with clarity.
