Siding
A stronger exterior. A lasting first impression.
Your exterior sets the first impression, but good siding does more than refresh the look. A carefully planned installation helps protect the wall assembly, manages transitions around openings and gives the home a consistent finish. Whether you are replacing worn cladding or choosing finishes for a new build, MBrickz helps you connect material, detail and scope to the way you want your property to perform.
How we handle your siding project
01 / Review the exterior
We start with the elevations, existing material and the concerns you want to solve. Photos of each side, damaged areas and window or roof connections help us prepare. A site review establishes the condition, measurements and access needs.
02 / Choose materials & details
We discuss fiber-cement or vinyl options, profiles, colors, trim and the look of the finished elevations. The selection considers maintenance, exposure, budget and compatibility with the wall assembly. Samples help make decisions more tangible.
03 / Define the full scope
Removal, disposal, insulation or backing, trim, soffit and fascia are identified when included. We explain what the estimate covers and what existing or concealed conditions may need review once the old material is removed.
04 / Prepare & protect
Work areas are organized around access, deliveries and protection for nearby surfaces and landscaping. Existing siding is removed where specified. Substrate concerns are reviewed before new material covers the wall.
05 / Coordinate the wall assembly
Weather barriers, flashing and transitions are coordinated with the specified system. Windows, doors, penetrations and material changes receive attention because a clean-looking wall also depends on what happens behind and around the siding.
06 / Install with consistent detail
Layout, fasteners, clearances, joints and trim are handled for the selected product and project requirements. We review alignment and transitions as the installation advances, and discuss scope changes before additional work proceeds.
07 / Walkthrough & care
We review the completed scope, cleanup and remaining details with you. Care guidance follows the selected materials. The result is an exterior with a cohesive appearance and a clear maintenance plan.
