New Home Construction
A home built around the way you live.
A new home starts with your priorities: the way you live, the space you need and the investment you want to make. MBrickz helps turn that starting point into a defined construction plan, with attention to the structure, exterior and finishing details. The project photo above features residential exterior work from our portfolio.
How your new-home project moves forward
01 / Your vision & the property
We discuss your lot, preferred layout, approximate size, budget range and timing. A site review helps identify access, existing conditions, utilities and the information needed before a meaningful proposal can be prepared.
02 / Plans & practical decisions
We review your drawings and specifications, or identify the design information still needed. Architectural and engineering input is coordinated when the scope requires it. Layout, structural requirements, exterior materials and major selections are discussed before construction decisions are locked in.
03 / A clear scope & proposal
The proposed work, materials, allowances, exclusions and payment milestones are documented. We explain what is included and what depends on final selections or site conditions. You can ask questions and refine the scope before moving forward.
04 / Permits & preparation
Permit responsibilities, required approvals and inspections are confirmed for the project. We plan site access, material deliveries and the construction sequence. Start dates and milestones depend on approvals, procurement, weather and the final scope.
05 / Foundation, framing & enclosure
Construction proceeds through the agreed foundation and structural work, followed by roofing, windows, doors and exterior enclosure. Work is sequenced so trades can coordinate and required inspections can happen before the next stage covers the work.
06 / Systems & interior finishes
Plumbing, electrical and mechanical work are coordinated with the layout, followed by insulation, drywall and selected finishes. We track decisions that affect progress and discuss proposed changes, including cost and schedule impacts, before additional work proceeds.
07 / Walkthrough & completion
We review the completed scope with you, identify remaining punch-list items and coordinate required final inspections. Closeout covers the agreed work and available product or care information so you understand the next steps for your home.
What to send with your quote request
Share the property location, lot status, approximate square footage, desired start window and any plans you already have. Upload site photos, a survey, drawings or inspiration images below. Early ideas are welcome; an initial request starts the conversation and is not a construction contract.
